Job Description

JP Logistics & Consulting, LLC (JPLC) is looking for a full-time Program Manager to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) by providing Procurement Administrative Support Services and Administrative Support Services.

August 6, 2026 (Tentative)
Place of Performance:
Elizabeth City, NC Hours of Operation :
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week, Monday through Friday, except observed Federal holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments involving numerous steps that vary in complexity and sequence, and managing a diverse team of professionals. Responsible for choosing alternative methods and referring problems that cannot be solved by adapting or interpreting existing guides, manuals, and/or procedures. The Program Manager (PM) will attend to all company personnel needs, including obtaining access for the facility. Responsible for ensuring employees are following all applicable CG-AIR and ALC instructions and policies, in addition to any applicable company policies. Responsible for addressing personnel issues that may arise and reporting to either the COR, CS, or KO. The PM will physically be present onsite within one (1) hour of notification, unless alternative arrangements are approved in writing by the KO on a case-by-case basis. Responsible for overseeing and communicating any employee removals and coordinating such removals with the government and corporate HQs.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in business management or equivalent experience. Three years' experience in management.
Requirements:
Be a citizen of the U.S. Possess the ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Possess excellent ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines. Possess the ability to work with minimal oversight.
