PURPOSE OF POSITION
Support home-delivered site managers through MOW Scheduler and ServTracker training, coordinating site coverage, and assigning volunteers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide coverage for all home-delivered sites when site manager is out, and coverage is not available Review delivery and temperature forms from Food Runners for all home-delivered sites weekly Monitor temperature reports for test meals on all routes and assist with solutions for route splitting when necessary Review all routes in MOW Scheduler daily and notify site managers of open routes Review all routes in ServTracker weekly and suggest any route changes Notify all site managers of software updates and assist with MOW Scheduler training for new and existing staff Provide weekly tips for all sites via MOW Scheduler Assist Outreach Team with client home visits as needed Travel frequently throughout Wake County with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work in person onsite 40 hours / week Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Assistant Director Program Services, Client Services
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all constituencies Ability to work independently and prioritize work based on MOW's needs and requirements Ability to work in person onsite Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25lbs Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Verifiable computer knowledge: ability to use MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel; email; client management software; and other technology as appropriate Assist with meal delivery as needed Commitment to valuing diversity, equity and inclusion as well as ability to interact with constituencies from a range of backgrounds This is a full-time salaried position with competitive compensation and generous benefits that include - health, dental, eye, disability, paid time off (PTO), 13 paid holidays and retirement matching program.
