Job Description

Medical musculoskeletal and pain management practice with locations in Raleigh, Wilson, and Rocky Mount, NC is seeking a motivated and personable Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team. At this time, the position will primarily be based in our Wilson and Rocky Mount offices. Many prior providers and current physicians have successfully commuted from Raleigh, Wake Forest, Chapel Hill, Clayton, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a full-time or part-time provider for a busy outpatient MSK and pain management practice with additional services in wellness and obesity management. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and motivated new graduates seeking hands-on training and mentorship in musculoskeletal medicine and interventional pain management. The role is primarily clinic-based and includes evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions, medication management, wellness and obesity medicine services, and office-based procedures. Procedure training is available for motivated candidates interested in expanding their procedural skill set.
Responsibilities may include:
Evaluation and management of musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions Medication management and follow-up care Development of treatment plans and patient education Wellness and obesity management services Office-based procedures (joint injections and trigger point injections) and more advanced procedural training available as training progresses
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program Eligible for licensure in North Carolina Board certified or board eligible/DEA License Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach
