Program Coordinator Location:
Raleigh, NC Hourly Rate:
$25 - $27 per hour + $5,000 Annual Bonus Potential Empower Growth. Support Independence. Make a Difference. Maxim Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of periodic services and staff while promoting personal growth and independence for service recipients. This role is ideal for a compassionate leader with experience in CAP/IDD waiver programs and a commitment to quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure personal growth and independence of service recipients through staff training and support Respond to needs of service recipients, families, and program staff Organize and coordinate staff resources effectively Assure quality and timeliness of all documentation Document hiring and training activities per federal, state, and local requirements Maintain compliance with mandated training requirements Communicate professionally with service recipients, families, and agency stakeholders Advocate for service recipients in all situations Promote agency growth through quality services and sound fiscal management Interview and hire eligible staff Purchase and allocate resources within budgetary guidelines Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field with 2 years of post-graduate experience under supervision of a credentialed QP Credentialed as a Qualified Professional (QP) Experience in CAP/IDD waiver programs, including consumer and staff supervision Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in English required Lead with Compassion.
