At CountryHouse Grand Island, an Agemark Senior Living community, you'll help create meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents. If you're creative, energetic, and passionate about making a difference, this is your opportunity to build relationships, plan engaging activities, and help every resident feel connected and valued. What You'll Do Plan and lead engaging activities, games, events, and wellness programs. Get to know each resident's interests, hobbies, and life story to create meaningful experiences. Organize community outings and special events. Safely transport residents to outings and appointments using community vehicles (training provided). Capture and share community moments through social media and internal platforms. Work closely with teammates to create a fun, welcoming, and supportive environment. Bring compassion, creativity, and enthusiasm to every interaction. What We're Looking For Passion for enriching the lives of seniors. Positive attitude with an energetic, team-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable learning to drive a passenger van and safely transporting residents. Flexible to work some evenings and weekends. Minimum age of 21.
