This position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for participants through effective program development and relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage program budgets and ensure financial accountability. Supervise program staff and provide guidance to ensure high-quality service delivery. Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including families, community partners, and service providers. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with behavioral health professionals to integrate best practices into program design. Maintain accurate records of program activities, participant progress, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices in working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Will oversee staff in the Residential setting. Will be in the residence working with the individuals and help support staff on their day-to-day needs. Skills Strong background in program management and development. Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail. Experience supervising staff in a supportive capacity. Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Proficient in budgeting and financial management related to program operations. Exceptional relationship management skills to foster collaboration among diverse groups. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Background in behavioral health or social work is a plus, enhancing understanding of participant needs.
