We're looking for a Software Program Manager who is passionate about delivering complex, high-impact solutions—and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment. What You'll Do As a key member of our engineering team, you'll lead software projects from concept through deployment—driving innovation across both security and medical technology domains. Lead with Purpose Own the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning and development to deployment and post-launch support Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track Drive Collaboration Partner with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to deliver exceptional results Coordinate resources and ensure teams are set up for success Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance Communicate with Impact Act as the central point of contact for project stakeholders Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, milestones, and risks Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights Deliver Excellence Champion best practices in Agile development, quality, and project management Ensure security and information assurance are built into solutions from day one Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies Measure & Improve Track KPIs to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize future outcomes What You Bring Experience & Expertise 5+ years of experience in software development or project/program management Proven track record leading cross-functional software projects from concept to launch Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern SDLC practices Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53) Skills That Set You Apart Strong technical foundation and ability to engage with engineering teams Exceptional communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience with tools like
JIRA, MS
Project, or similar A proactive problem-solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred) Why Join Analogic?
