Program Measurement Specialist Neptune Retail Solutions is seeking a Program Measurement Specialist manage the post-program reporting of Neptune's in-store product line. This role is central to working across both the Sales and Insights departments, understanding market performance and measuring the impact of marketing executions. Key Responsibilities Collect, report, and deliver market measurement data on NRS program results. Support stakeholders in test design and measurement planning. Present results and communicate key learnings to internal stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with Sales and cross-functional teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure timely delivery of analyses and reports in a deadline-driven environment. Qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in analytics, Preferred experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), media, or agency environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiar with syndicated Circana/NielsenIQ POS and household panel data a plus. Preferred Attributes Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills. Customer service mindset with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction. Ability to listen actively, understand stakeholder needs, and provide clear, helpful guidance. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
