Week of September 21 About the Position Future Stars Sports Academy is looking for a reliable, energetic, and experienced After-School Baseball Program Director to lead our introductory baseball program for young players this fall. This position is ideal for someone who has experience working with children, understands the basics of baseball, and is comfortable taking the lead and running a program independently. The Director will be responsible for creating and executing a fun, organized plan for each session. Additional staff will be available to help, but the Director must be confident leading the group and keeping players engaged. Program Schedule Ages 5-6: 3:30-4:30 PM Ages 7-8: 4:30-5:30 PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays 6 weeks beginning the week of September 21 Approximately 10-15 players per hour Program Focus This is an introductory baseball program focused on teaching basic skills while keeping kids active and having fun.

Sessions should include:

Throwing and catching Hitting Fielding Base running Basic baseball fundamentals Organized competitions Plenty of gameplay We are looking for someone who can avoid long lines and excessive drills and instead create an active, fun environment where kids are constantly involved. Responsibilities Plan and lead each baseball session Organize games, competitions, and skill activities Manage groups of young players Direct assistant coaches and staff Keep sessions organized, active, and fun Communicate professionally with staff and families when needed Arrive on time and fully prepared for every session Attend every scheduled session during the 6-week program Qualifications Experience working with children required Baseball or youth sports coaching experience strongly preferred Comfortable managing a group independently Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable and organized Ability to create and execute a structured session plan Must be available for all Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the program

Pay:

$350.00 - $450.00 per week
