We are building reliable, compliant systems that help participants access high-quality community and respite supports. Position Summary The part-time Program Coordinator supports day-to-day program operations across children's, youth, and adult services. This role coordinates referrals, enrollment, schedules, staffing needs, records, family communication, and follow-up so that participants move through services smoothly and required documentation remains current. Key Responsibilities Coordinate referrals, intake, enrollment, service-start, and ongoing program follow-up. Maintain accurate participant, family, staffing, scheduling, and compliance records in approved systems. Communicate with families, staff, care managers, referral partners, and leadership. Track open cases, staffing gaps, required documents, deadlines, and next actions. Support staff scheduling, orientation, training coordination, and program coverage. Help maintain program workflows, checklists, reports, and quality-control procedures. Protect confidential information and follow organizational and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, education, human services, business administration, or a related field preferred. Experience coordinating human-services, disability-services, behavioral-health, education, healthcare, or community programs. Strong organization, follow-through, written communication, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable using Google Workspace and learning operational systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel. Schedule and Compensation Part-time, flexible schedule based on program needs.
Pay range:
$25-$30 per hour, based on experience. Hope's Promise Respite LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
