As a Senior Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Community Residential Services for Adults , you'll empower individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities to realize their best life. Bring Out the Best in You and Those We Serve Bancroft's community-based residences for people with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring in Montville, NJ.

Sunday 9a-9p Monday 1p-9p Tuesday & Wedneday 7a-5p Responsibilities About the
Position:
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others. Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager. How You Can Make a
