Mt Laurel, NJ- in person
Employment Type:
Non-Exempt, Full-Time Department:
Children's Transitional Hourly Rate:
$22.61-$23.07/ plus differential
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm Bancroft is a leading service-provider for children and adults with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities or those in need of neurological rehabilitation. We are looking for a Senior Direct Support Professionals who are passionate about providing quality care in a positive and empathetic manner. Our Sr Direct Care Professionals must have a strong desire to work with autistic, intellectually and/or developmentally disabled individuals. Responsibilities About the
Position:
Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and/or skill building to assigned persons served within a specific Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interaction with others. Provides supervision to direct care staff and is in charge of Program site activities in absence of Program Manager. How You Can Make a

Meet Alyssa Qualifications Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable. BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
