Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Client Engagement & Kitting Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance client relationships and streamline product assembly processes. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive project success through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, program development, and team leadership within a technical or manufacturing environment. Duties Lead client engagement strategies to foster strong relationships, ensuring client needs are thoroughly understood and met through tailored project solutions. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of kitting projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources utilizing industry-standard methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum to ensure timely completion. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria clearly. Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance quality management across projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams—including supply chain, manufacturing, IT infrastructure, and vendor management—to ensure seamless project execution. Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, etc. Project for scheduling, tracking progress, risk management, and reporting on key performance indicators. Conduct root cause analysis for project issues or delays and develop effective mitigation strategies; lead conflict management efforts when necessary. Prepare comprehensive project documentation including status reports, stakeholder communication plans, and post-project evaluations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen practices and regular team meetings focused on process mapping and scope management. Requirements Proven experience in technical project & program management supervisory roles within manufacturing or healthcare sectors. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including PMBOK, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Expertise in requirements analysis, process modeling (business process modeling), risk management, cost control, and project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or VersionOne. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings effectively and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or SAS for data collection and insights generation; familiarity with data analysis skills is preferred. Knowledge of IT infrastructure projects, vendor management practices, and contract negotiations is advantageous. Organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage time effectively across various priorities while maintaining quality standards. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly desirable; experience with Workday or Confluence is a plus.
