Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to oversee the development and management of our programs, particularly focusing on behavioral health and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in social work, and a passion for enhancing the lives of those we serve. This role requires effective relationship management, program development, and administrative capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of our services. Responsibilities Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of program initiatives to meet organizational goals. Manage day-to-day operations of programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, staff, and community partners. Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development. Oversee budgeting processes for programs, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability. Collaborate with other departments to integrate services and improve overall program effectiveness. Conduct regular assessments of program performance and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate training sessions for staff on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing teams effectively. Excellent relationship management abilities to foster collaboration among diverse groups. Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Proficient in administrative tasks including budgeting and reporting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to various audiences. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
