Job description Description We are looking for a dedicated Client Engagement Manager to join Fullcrhum Bio Tech Ltd. As a Client Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and oversee various projects related to client engagement and retention in the architecture and planning industry. This role is vital to our company as you will be the key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of Fullcrhum Bio Tech Ltd in the market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and assist in the development of new client relationships. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to proactively address issues and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
Associate degree in a relevant field. Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the architecture and planning industry is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
