What We Are Seeking:

Clinicians to serve as Group Facilitators to support the clients at our boutique Partial Care program in Sicklerville, NJ.

Salary Range:

Competitive Starting at $20 and going to $120 per hour depending on credentials and experience

Villa Behavioral Health operates with entities in California and New Jersey, offering personalized recovery programs designed to support individuals overcoming mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction. We provide evidence-based care options that vary by location, including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Programs (OP). Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Group Facilitation
• Provision of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions

Clinical Documentation Required Qualifications:

• NJ CADC or similar (Preferred)
• NJ AMFT /LMFT/LSW/LCSW/LPC/Similar (Highly Preferred)
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience as a Substance Use Disorder and/or Mental Health (Required)
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)
• Experience with group and individual session facilitation (Required)
• Excellent oral and written communication
