The Manager, Program Management will: Place Employment and Community Inclusion services at the forefront of the Division's initiatives; Provide oversight of regulations, standards, policies, an directives promoting access to competitive integrated employment, which enables the individual with a developmental disability to fully engage in community life, manage personal resources, increase self-sufficiency, and receive services in the community. How does it get done? The Manager, Program Management is responsible for: Coordinating and support the achievement of high quality employment and community inclusion outcomes for adults with developmental disabilities; Providing supervision, staff training, team development, technical assistance, data analysis review outcome measurements, and produce professional reports; Conducting public speaking engagements. Who are the customers? This position will provide supervision, staff training, team development, technical assistance, data analysis, review outcome measurements, and produce professional reports. Ideal Candidate This position will provide supervision, staff training, team development, technical assistance, data analysis, review outcome measurements, and produce professional reports. Minimum Qualification Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of professional level experience with a tactical impact directly related to the purpose of the position defined by the agency at the time of recruitment. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling twelve (12) years may substitute for the required education and experience. Employment Requirements Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive a Defensive Driving Course Certificate as a condition of continued employment within 45 days of employment. Travel may be required with some occasional overnight stays. Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Working Conditions Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
