This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Early Intervention, case coordination, healthcare administration, authorizations, or documentation management who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Pay:
$22 per hour Responsibilities Monitor and process incoming Early Intervention cases and authorizations Coordinate intake and new case setup Upload and maintain required documentation in EI-HUB, CLAIMS, OneDrive, and electronic files Set up children in CLAIMS and enter or update authorizations Maintain case tracking spreadsheets and monitor important deadlines Track reviews, medical documentation, prescriptions/scripts, and other required paperwork Identify missing, late, or expiring documentation and follow up with Service Coordinators Prepare and submit required documentation to the Westchester County Department of Health/EIODs Maintain tracking related to Exit Surveys and children transitioning from Early Intervention Work closely with the EI Program Manager and Service Coordinators to address administrative and case-related needs Stay informed about Early Intervention policies, procedures, regulations, and system updates Provide administrative support to promote timely case management and continuity of services Qualifications Previous experience in Early Intervention, case management, healthcare administration, authorizations, or a related administrative role preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets, electronic records, and multiple computer systems Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Experience with EI-HUB and/or CLAIMS is a plus Why Join HTA of New York?
