Job Description

RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a positive, compassionate, and inclusive individual to join our team at our reintegration program, Hedgerow House Apartments, in Ballston Spa, NY. A successful candidate will be able to navigate the daily duties of the program while keeping their focus on offering high-quality support and advocacy to our apartment residents, as they work to overcome the life challenges their chemical dependency diagnosis has presented. Apartment Program Manager:
A rate of $20 to $25 per hour based on credentials and experience $1,500 bonus after 6 months of employment Opportunities for overtime A generous time off package: In your 1st year, earn up to 4 weeks of combined vacation and holiday time, 3 weeks of combined sick and personal time, and a day off for your birthday An opportunity to gain experience in a human services field in a growing organization that likes to promote from within; hours worked count toward CASAC clinical hours A family-friendly atmosphere with wellness time, paid lunch hours, and recognition for your hard work and achievements
Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals Supervising residents' daily living activities and apartment management to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment Maintaining current and accurate documentation on resident progress Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for residents To qualify you must have: CASAC-T or CASAC Experience supporting individuals diagnosed with chemical dependency An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong interpersonal boundaries Our shared belief system in areas such as empathy, respect, understanding, and dedication Clearance with all relevant background checks as per RISE policies and governing regulations A valid NY State Driver's License and a driving record acceptable to the RISE automotive program desired To start on the road toward advancing your career in human services at our growing non-profit, submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
