You will have responsibilities including but not limited to: Responsible for management of the clinical staff; including their hiring, performance evaluations, promotions, discipline, and terminations. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with Nassau County Legal agencies Ensure goals and objectives of the Re-Entry Grant are being met. Responsible for ensuring all grant data is collected and reported timely. Evaluates program effectiveness, revises the program design and/or policies and procedures, as needed. Provide training to staff on all aspects of job responsibilities. Ensures that policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
LMSW, LCSW or
LMHC REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience working in substance use disorder treatment Minimum two years of experience in a supervisory role

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job is a hybrid position, working between an office, Nassau County Jail, and other community sites. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
