ONTARIO BAYS PROGRAM MANAGER
Ontario Bays Program Manager
Thousand Islands Land Trust
Thousand Islands Land Trust is seeking a full-time Ontario Bays program manager to lead regional conservation and community engagement efforts throughout Eastern Lake Ontario. The program manager will serve as TILT's primary representative in the Ontario Bays region, building relationships with landowners, municipalities, donors, volunteers and conservation partners while advancing land conservation, stewardship, fundraising, and outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities include coordinating the Ontario Bays Advisory Committee; developing community programs and events; recruiting and coordinating volunteers; supporting fundraising and grant efforts; creating communications content; assisting with preserve stewardship and conservation projects; and maintaining strong relationships with conservation easement landowners.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant professional experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a commitment to conservation. Regional knowledge is preferred.
Full-time | $54,500-$61,500 plus benefits | Clayton and Chaumont, NY.
