Manager Day Services Ballantyne FT The Arc of Monroe - 3.3 Rochester, NY Job Details Full-time $25.40 - $27.40 an hour 15 hours ago Qualifications Staff supervision Management Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Team supervision Social service program staff supervision Administrative clinical supervision Experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities Developmental disability care assistance Intellectual disabilities support Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities Disability services experience Full Job Description Provides supervision, guidance, and support to staff and individuals by facilitating the development and implementation of individual treatment or habilitation plans. Provides coordination of individual services and ongoing advocacy and education/training. Minimum Education & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Human Service related field preferred, with two-three years' experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities within the OPWDD field required. 3-5 years supervisory experience required. Must have access to timely and reliable transportation to transport self to multiple sites. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, internal equity, and location.
