Program Manager Full Time, Exempt Salary:
$20-$25,

Vacation, Sick, Personal, Holiday Position description: The Program Manager will support the operations, administration and work to create and strengthen existing community partnerships in support of Tri-Lakes CIL's mission and philosophy. This position will provide project management for new initiatives, implement evaluation strategies, marketing, public relations activities and planning fundraiser events in coordination with the Executive Director, staff and Board of Directors. Major responsibilities Essential Functions — Conduct staff meetings to ensure team members understand their roles within program operations. —Work closely with staff to strengthen programming and streamline processes across programs. —Effectively use a variety of technology to complete job duties and run programs efficiently . Program Management —Support the continued development of all fee- for- service activities as assigned by the Executive Director. —Responsible for program planning, operating, and staffing in conjunction with the Executive Director. —Provide leadership on staff development for program( s) assigned. —Support the development of measurable goals and objectives for program( s). —Inform the Executive Director of program issues, changes, and accomplishments. —Identify and implement best practices in each program, as needed. —Create ongoing opportunities for all team members to provide feedback on program operations. —Provide all staff with access to training that promotes their professional development —Research, write and apply for grants/programs that align with our mission and philosophy. —Support the development and administration of grants in conjunction with the Executive Director Operations Management —Continuously improve quality of program operations by meeting with the Executive Director regularly. —Work closely with the Executive Director to ensure compliance with state and federal financial standards. —Work closely with the Executive Director to develop and monitor program budgets —Works closely with the Executive Director to ensure compliance standards are met for each program. —Work with the Executive Director for enhancements to the computer system for the programs. Community Partnerships —Strengthen and develop relationships with other service providers to improve access to our consumer base. —Serve on community committees and boards as approved by the Executive Director. —Effectively advocate with other organizations or entities that have overlapping contact with our consumers. —Create professional slide presentations about our agency, programs, services, etc. —Conduct at least (2) outreach events per month. Desired Qualifications —Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in non- profit work. —Personnel management experience —Experience developing and tracking measurable goals —Demonstrated leadership skills —Excellent verbal and written communication skills. —Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. —Valid driver's license, clean driving record and must have reliable transportation.
