Job Description
Unity House of Troys Domestic and Sexual Violence Services is hiring a program support position to assist our comprehensive housing program. If you have a passion to help people live independently and become free of domestic and sexual violence, come join our Domestic and Sexual Violence Services Team!
Maintain back-up files for all housing program spending and ensure documentation requirements are met.
Assist program managers with reporting, ordering, budget tracking, and funding compliance.
Act as a liaison between housing and finance departments.
Track program spending and expenses and assist to meet funding objectives.
Assist and monitor audits as needed.
Work closely with managers and case management teams to provide quality services to victims of domestic and sexual violence.
Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging amongst team members and the individuals we work with.
Ideally, the right candidate would have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong time management skills, detailed orientated and organized. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks as program needs change throughout the work day. Proficient with computers and Microsoft office/Excel. Ability to work independently and as a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required. 2 years' experience working with adults living with a mental illness or other at-risk populations required. College degree in related field preferred. Valid and clean New York State Driver License. Reliable transportation.Ideally, the right candidate would have excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong time management skills, detailed orientated and organized. Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks as program needs change throughout the work day. Proficient with computers and Microsoft office/Excel. Ability to work independently and as a team.
