Job Description
Job Summary Midway Lanes Family Entertainment Complex is expanding again and is seeking an energetic and dedicated TCG Play Coordinator to lead engaging activities centered around trading card games (TCGs) for youth and community groups. In this role, you will organize and facilitate TCG gameplay sessions, manage youth participation, and promote a positive, inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for youth development, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences through strategic gameplay. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster community engagement, develop leadership abilities, and inspire young players through dynamic TCG activities. Compensation This position will pay a hourly wage of $17.00 per hour and then a BONUS of $1.00 per person that attends one of the many organized play events each week. The bonus will be paid weekly.. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee TCG gameplay sessions for various TCG Games on a weekly bases. Facilitate engaging game play while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and strategic thinking among participants. Manage activity space to ensure a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all players. Lead youth group activities that incorporate educational elements related to game strategy, critical thinking, and social skills. Supervise children, teens and adults during gameplay sessions, ensuring adherence to safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary. Coordinate with team members to prepare materials, set up gaming stations, and maintain equipment such as cards and game boards. Foster positive relationships with participants, parents, and community partners to encourage ongoing participation and growth in the program. Qualifications Experience working with children or youth in educational or recreational settings. Strong management skills with the ability to supervise multiple participants effectively.
