Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Program Coordinator to lead and oversee comprehensive programs that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. In this pivotal role, you will drive program development, ensure quality service delivery, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Your leadership will inspire teams to achieve excellence while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Duties Help develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities Lead and supervise program staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to ensure high-quality service delivery Manage program delivery and resources effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support program goals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies to promote collaboration and program growth Oversee administrative functions including documentation, reporting, compliance with state and federal regulations, and record-keeping Coordinate intake processes and develop individualized service plans for participants based on their unique needs Monitor program outcomes regularly, utilizing data to improve services and demonstrate program success Fill in shifts in homes as needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills Proven management experience in leading teams within social work or behavioral health settings Strong background in program development and implementation for individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent relationship management skills to engage clients, families, staff, and community partners effectively Extensive administrative experience including budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance Supervising experience with a focus on coaching staff and fostering a positive team environment Knowledge of behavioral health practices relevant to developmental disabilities Ability to navigate complex organizational structures while maintaining clear communication and accountability Join us in this rewarding role where your leadership can transform lives!
