00/hour (based on education and experience) 40 hours/week | Monday-Friday Help individuals and families find stability through housing. As a Housing Program Coordinator, you'll combine direct client services with property management and program administration, helping individuals and families maintain stable housing while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housing programs. Assist clients in locating, obtaining, and maintaining safe, affordable housing. Conduct client intakes, assessments, and ongoing support. Serve as the landlord for agency-owned and leased properties, including tenant communication, inspections, lease documentation, and move-in/move-out processes. Complete regular property visits to ensure housing standards and address maintenance concerns. Coordinate with landlords, housing authorities, courts, contractors, and community partners. Maintain accurate documentation in HMIS and other required systems. Complete grant-related documentation, data entry, spreadsheet tracking, and reporting. Monitor program compliance and maintain organized client and housing records. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with agency staff to ensure quality services. What We're Looking For Experience in housing services, case management, property management, social services, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently. Commitment to client advocacy and ethical practice. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field. Experience with housing programs, affordable housing, property management, or grant-funded services. Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, mental health, or substance use concerns. Also Considered Associate degree with relevant experience. High School Diploma/GED with significant related experience. Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance. Ability to travel locally throughout the community. Successful completion of a background check, driving record check, and drug screening.
