Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Operations Program Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the coordination and management of clinical programs.
SUMMARY:
The Phase 2 Operations Program Coordinator is a member of the Management and Clinical Team. The Phase 2 Operations Program Coordinator will be working under the supervision of the Phase 2 Program Supervisor, and they are responsible for overseeing and implementing therapeutic community and behavioral-based client services through clinical processes for Hope Valley Recovery in a manner consistent with the Phase 2 program's handbook, vision, and values. This is a salaried position with hours and schedule established to complete required duties. This is a "clinical" position, as defined by the U.S. Department of Labor, and as such, is "exempt" from wage and hour regulations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitates psychotherapy group daily and ensures the rosters are accurate Organizes and oversees the following aspects of the Phase 2 Community structure. Phase 2 Handbook Adherence Client Orientation (s) Client Phase 1 to Phase 2 transition Discharge Instruction Smartsheet completion and accuracy MH Tracker accuracy and schedule assessments prior to phase 3 transitions Phase 3 Candidate Checklist Smartsheet for completion and accuracy Network transition communications and emails for phase 3 transitions, coordinate with Nursing, Admissions and Phase 3 Supervisor Review of the Transition Discharge Sheet for completion and accuracy Review Incident Reports daily and follow up to ensure Behavioral Contracts are in place as needed Daily Treatment Plan Prep for Primary Therapist and Case Managers, provide copies of ITPs as needed. Observe afternoons AOD/PRS groups as needed/ at random for quality of services and content Transportation Schedule for client appointments Recommends a system of programming to Program Supervisor for achieving quality of care by adhering to the relevant best practices and State mandated requirements. Provides supervision for Phase 2 client services in conjunction with Program Supervisor. Goals, objectives, curriculum, and structure for groups. Coordinates changes in groups during absences. Maintain service delivery hours in accordance with department goals and objectives. Performs other duties as deemed necessary and appropriate by Supervisor(s).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a clinical licensure of LCDCII or above preferred Must have demonstrated extensive experience in Alcohol and Drug treatment programs, minimum 2 years Must have a valid Ohio driver's license. Prior administrative experience preferred.ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Must demonstrate a working knowledge of a therapeutic community and its structure. The ability to effectively work alongside professional staff members. The ability to assess an individual's need for peer support services. Knowledge of state and national certification and regulatory standards related to peer support services. The ability to complete accurate and timely documentation. The ability to work independently. Demonstrated knowledge of community resources and referral sources. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively function as a (Agency) team member. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently. Must possess and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
