Employment Type:
Full-Time, DH M-F 8am-5pm (40 hrs) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate IDD Program Director to oversee developmental disabilities programs and residential services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for individuals receiving services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of developmental disabilities services, and the ability to foster a supportive and person-centered environment. You will lead teams in promoting healthy decision-making, community engagement, and the use of positive behavioral and cognitive-based interventions.
Qualifications Education :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field
Experience:
