Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee community programs focused on health promotion, addiction counseling, youth engagement, and social services. Build and sustain partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, schools, and local agencies to expand outreach efforts. Lead community outreach initiatives through public speaking engagements, social media campaigns, and grassroots organizing to raise awareness and foster participation. Collect and analyze data related to program participation, outcomes, and community needs to inform continuous improvement strategies. Coordinate event planning for workshops, health fairs, youth activities, and other community events that align with organizational goals. Supervise team members and volunteers by providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in volunteer management, supervising teams, and program development within diverse communities. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage audiences of varied backgrounds effectively. Demonstrated project management expertise with excellent organizational skills. Knowledge of social media management tools and digital marketing strategies for community outreach. Experience working with culturally diverse populations and underserved communities; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable. Background in public health, social work, addiction counseling or related fields; CPR certification preferred. Excellent written communication skills for report writing, grant applications, and client correspondence. Ability to collaborate effectively with community partners while demonstrating leadership in grassroots organizing efforts. Technical proficiency in data collection tools and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fundraising is a plus.
