Program Specialist Job Description:

Oversee Direct Support Staff and Individuals with disabilities in Marysville, Ohio. Oversight of approximately 3-6 homes. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, JFS and county board case managers, guardians, advocates and most importantly the individuals we serve. Working together as a team with all staff to help ensure quality of service. Completing schedules for the homes you are assigned. Following up on QA's Completing tasks for compliance. Working in homes with behavioral individuals Position may require weeks up to 55-60 hours, but averages around 45 hours. Applicants MUST have open availability.
