Program Specialist Job Description:

Oversee Direct Support Staff and Individuals with disabilities in Marion and Bucyrus, Ohio. Oversight of approximately 3-6 homes. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with coworkers, JFS and county board case managers, guardians, advocates and most importantly the individuals we serve. Working together as a team with all staff to help ensure quality of service. Completing schedules for the homes you are assigned. Following up on QA's Completing tasks for compliance. Main office is located in Marion County (Prospect address). Office responsibilities are completed at this office, the homes are located in the Marion and Bucyrus area.
