Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to lead and help grow our Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program. This is a full-time, 9 month role. This role combines teaching, program leadership, curriculum development, student advising, accreditation compliance, and building clinical fieldwork partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about educating future OTA professionals and advancing program excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required (Master's preferred) Current OT or OTA license and NBCOT certification Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy practice experience Knowledge of ACOTE accreditation standards and OTA education Prior teaching or OTA/OT faculty experience preferred Join a collaborative academic environment where you'll make a lasting impact on students while helping shape the future of a growing OTA program.
