About this Position Serve as the sales and business office administrator for The O'Colly (O'Collegian, the university student newspaper) , with primary responsibility for driving advertising revenue through proactive sales support, client relationship management, and contract execution. This role partners closely with student advertising representatives to identify prospects, develop client pipelines, and close advertising agreements across print, digital, and mobile platforms. The position acts as a central hub for sales operations-coordinating outreach efforts, preparing proposals and contracts, tracking sales performance, and ensuring seamless execution from initial contact through billing and fulfillment. This role also oversees key business functions to support a high-performing, revenue-focused advertising team. Required Qualifications High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date) Four years of related experience such as newspaper production and/or basic accounting.
