June 2•August 8 About Stored Goodness Stored Goodness is a community-driven nonprofit providing food access, resources, and educational programming to families in North Tulsa. Our Summer Feeding & Learning Program combines meals with structured learning and enrichment for youth ages 5-12. Position Overview Stored Goodness is seeking Group Leaders (Contractors) to manage and lead small groups of children throughout the program day. Each Group Leader is responsible for supervising, engaging, and guiding a group of 8-10 youth while supporting learning activities and maintaining structure. This role is hands-on. You are actively leading, not observing. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a group of 8-15 children (ages 5-12) Facilitate small group and breakout activities Keep youth engaged, focused, and participating throughout the day Maintain structure, behavior expectations, and a positive environment Support lessons led by the Lead Instructor and guest educators Assist with transitions, meals, and daily program flow Build positive relationships with youth and encourage participation Qualifications Experience working with children (preferred but not required if strong leadership is shown) Strong communication and leadership skills Patient, dependable, and able to manage group behavior High energy and ability to stay engaged for the full program time Ability to take direction and work as part of a team Contract Expectations Must be available for the full program duration (June 2•August 8) Punctual and consistent attendance is required Active engagement with youth at all times (no phone use during program hours) Ability to maintain structure and follow program guidelines Compensation Stipend-based (based on experience and role) Paid as an independent contractor (1099)

$15.00•$18.00 per hour
