Job Description

Overview Crook County Kids Club is seeking an organized, dependable and energetic Program Coordinator to help oversee our after-school programming for elementary-aged students. The Program Coordinator plays an important role and works closely with students, Executive Director, Site Supervisor, school staff to ensure our programs are safe, supervised and welcoming. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with school-aged students while also being comfortable leading activities, solving problems and keeping a busy youth program running smoothly. Must successfully complete all required background checks and screenings. Responsibilities Support daily operation of Kids Club after-school enrichment activities and programs. Provide leadership, guidance and day to day support to students. Facilitate and lead daily enrichment activities. Assist other staff members. Maintain a safe, positive, structured environment for all students. Encourage teamwork, kindness and good decision making. Communicate professionally with parents and guardians regarding program information, student needs and concerns. Help prep materials, supplies and spaces for daily programming. Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Is dependable, organized and flexible and able to take initiative. Is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
Pay:
$14.50 - $20.00 per hour
