This role provides an opportunity to be a change agent working toward closing the gap and removing barriers to thriving for communities and their families. Our program partners with community based non-profit organizations to identify underserved individuals who would benefit from a positive relationship that can give targeted social and emotional support as well as connection to resources. Service term begins September/October 2026 and lasts approximately 10-11 months. 35 hours/week. Identify financial partners for project.& Work with realtors to locate possible properties for purchase and/or rehabilitation. Coordinate church members and other volunteers regarding rehabilitation projects. Secure and scheduling contractors.& Requirements Passion for community services. Strong communication and cultural humility. Comfortable with front facing direct service environments. Basic digital literacy. Ability to travel locally.
