A Program Coordinator coordinates ongoing program activity, or a group of related projects, for a company or organization, usually performing administrative or human resources tasks.

The Human Resources Center, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Program Specialis t to oversee our Community Participation Services. In this role, you'll ensure the safety, welfare, and high-quality delivery of services to individuals with disabilities, fostering independence, skill development, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage services for up to 30 individuals , overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and agency policies. Develop, implement, and review Individual Support Plans (ISPs) tailored to each participant's needs and goals. Supervise direct support staff , providing regular performance evaluations, training, and continuous support. Coordinate community activities and volunteer opportunities to encourage participant engagement and independence. Serve as the primary contact for families, caregivers, and external providers, promoting collaborative communication. Maintain accurate documentation and case notes according to state and agency regulations. Monitor health and safety protocols, advocating for participant rights and person-centered practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Valid PA Driver's License. Must be 21 or older with required clearances and training.
