Auberle has evolved into a premier multi-service agency with programs spanning Workforce Development, Housing, Foster Care, Young Adult Services, and Behavioral Health. Auberle's mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. Auberle offers internships to current students and recent graduates interested in learning the inner workings of the nonprofit sector. Interns will be paired with a team member for one-on-one mentorship to gain hands-on experience in their area of interest (Finance, Clinical, Community Programs, Culinary, Workforce Development, Female Residential, Human Resources, Medical (Nurse), Development and Marketing, Therapeutic Activities, the 412 Youth Zone, Shelter, Housing).
Qualifications Key Objectives:
Flexible schedule ability Currently working towards a 4 year degree, graduate degree, or be a recent graduate Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to provide Official or Unofficial Transcripts A valid drivers license and proof of insurance are mandatory Must be able to obtain Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) as well as FBI clearance pre-internship Preferred background working with teens and young adults.
