Job Description
Join our growing team! Children's Aid Society of Mercer County is looking for a full time Permanency Specialist to provide various units of services as delineated by the PA Statewide Adoption Network. The Permanency Specialist is responsible for working with clients, families, county caseworkers, and other service providers to fulfill the requirements of the referred unit of service. The position will emphasize both timely, well written reports and one on one client/Caseworker interactions. A bachelor's degree in a human services field is strongly preferred, although other combinations of education and experience will be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience is preferred.
