Responsibilities:
Support strategy and activation planning for email, SMS, and push campaigns within SFMC. Build and validate complex audience segments using customer, behavioral, demographic, and engagement data. Plan and run A/B tests; interpret results and recommend next-step adjustments to copy, cadence, or targeting. Coordinate review/approvals with service-line partners; ensure adherence to governance and naming conventions. Validate audience logic, segmentation requirements, campaign tracking, and measurement methodologies. Create operational dashboards or reports with analytics partners to monitor performance against goals. Identify opportunities for personalization, lifecycle marketing, and audience growth strategies. Bachelor's degree required; advanced certification in SFMC a plus One year of hands-on CRM/engagement experience building campaigns and journeys required. Proficiency in Email and Mobile Studio; basic SQL for segmentation a plus. Demonstrated strength in QA, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
