Job Description

The Digital Engagement, Specialist II independently manages audience management, customer segmentation, campaign analytics, reporting, and digital engagement optimization initiatives across enterprise engagement channels. This role serves as a trusted partner to marketing stakeholders and is responsible for translating business objectives into audience strategies, measurement frameworks, and actionable engagement insights. The Specialist II functions as an experienced practitioner within the Digital Engagement team, leveraging customer data, marketing technology, and performance analytics to improve audience targeting, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement outcomes. This position works with minimal supervision while collaborating across Marketing, Analytics, Technology, Privacy, and Operations teams to support enterprise-wide engagement programs. Sound exciting? Responsibilities:
Support strategy and activation planning for email, SMS, and push campaigns within SFMC. Build and validate complex audience segments using customer, behavioral, demographic, and engagement data. Plan and run A/B tests; interpret results and recommend next-step adjustments to copy, cadence, or targeting. Coordinate review/approvals with service-line partners; ensure adherence to governance and naming conventions. Validate audience logic, segmentation requirements, campaign tracking, and measurement methodologies. Create operational dashboards or reports with analytics partners to monitor performance against goals. Identify opportunities for personalization, lifecycle marketing, and audience growth strategies.
