Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily programming for individuals in residential homes, ensuring compliance with Chapter 6400 Regulations and Allegheny Department of Human Services standards. Promote a safe and supportive environment that fosters individual growth and community integration. Coordinate activities, transportation, and support for individuals, focusing on their personal goals and well-being. Collaborate with team members and communicate regularly with the Residential Manager regarding health, safety, fiscal, and personnel matters. Ensure all required documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with state regulations and company policies. Serve as an on-call supervisor, participate in meetings, and attend required training sessions.

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience :

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services/Social Services with 2 years of experience, OR Associate's Degree/60 credits and 4 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A valid Pennsylvania driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance and registration. Successful completion of a criminal background check.
