Applied Behavior Analysis Full Job Description Company Overview:
At Foundations to Futures ABA Company, we are committed to delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder. We specialize in in-home services throughout Orange County, with a strong focus on supporting Vietnamese-speaking families. Our compassionate, strengths-based approach empowers individuals and families to thrive with confidence and independence.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a part-time Program Manager to oversee client programs and support behavior technicians in delivering ethical, effective ABA services. This role is designed to be a hybrid position requiring a minimum of one in-person supervisory session per week . Supervisors must be available for at least 15 hours per week .
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person client observations and technician supervision at least once per week Provide remote and in-person coaching and oversight of treatment plans Monitor program data, treatment integrity, and progress toward goals Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of assigned staff Ensure compliance with
HIPAA, BACB
standards, and internal quality expectations Collaborate with the Clinical Supervisor and team to ensure treatment fidelity and family satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. At least 1 year of direct ABA experience Comfortable using remote technology platforms for supervision and documentation Reliable transportation and availability for weekly in-person visits throughout Orange County Minimum of 15 hours per week availability
Preferred Qualifications:
RBT or BCaBA certification Bilingual in
Vietnamese or Spanish Work Environment:
This position combines in-home and remote work. Approximately 50% of time will be spent working remotely (e.g., reviewing data, documentation, and staff support), with the remainder conducted in person with clients and staff.
