Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Monday-Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday-Friday), subject to department needs Job Overview We are seeking an Associate Program Manager to support Program Managers, Lead Program Managers, and Senior Program Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing assigned programs. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills who wants to develop program management and leadership experience in a cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating activities required for successful program launches. Support the creation and simulation of program P&L scenarios . Assist with Business Plan and Mid-Term Plan budget development for assigned programs. Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Purchasing . Create and maintain Open Issues Lists (OILs) and detailed Master Program Timelines. Track open issues, identify roadblocks, support resolution, and escalate issues when needed. Assist with customer communications under the direction of the Program Manager or Lead PM. Support the development of program health metrics, status reports, and Gate Review documentation . Participate in new business pursuits by supporting business cases, pursuit strategies, and risk analysis . Coordinate with cross-functional team members under the guidance of the Program Manager. Follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and information security requirements. Support the implementation and compliance of company information security policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Internship or similar professional experience required. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment . Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data. Ability to develop solutions for moderate to complex problems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong computer and Microsoft Office/application skills. Willingness and ability to learn new systems and applications. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish and/or Japanese is highly desired. Experience supporting program management, project coordination, or business operations . Exposure to budgeting, financial analysis, timelines, issue tracking, or business planning. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, engineering, automotive, or technology environment.
