Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data & Grants Program Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and oversee grant programs, coordinate procurement activities, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Your expertise will drive strategic planning, streamline contract management, and facilitate effective vendor relationships. Responsibilities Manage grant projects from initiation through completion, including proposal writing, progress tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and compliance with funding requirements Oversee procurement processes in accordance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), U.S. Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) law, and other regulatory frameworks Coordinate vendor management activities by selecting vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships to optimize procurement outcomes Conduct document review for contracts, proposals, and legal agreements ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to legal standards such as intellectual property law and compliance management Maintain comprehensive records management systems using tools like Salesforce, PeopleSoft, ERP systems, and DocuSign for contract signing and document tracking Facilitate contract negotiation processes by drafting agreements that meet project needs while safeguarding organizational interests Support change management initiatives by providing strategic planning insights and assisting in process improvements related to grant administration and procurement workflows Grants Growth Community
  • Be an active participant and contributor within the Grants Growth Community
  • Help build engagement within the online community by posting updates, grant opportunities, funding news, resources, reminders, and educational information
  • Respond to community questions and help members navigate available resources
  • Keep members informed about upcoming grants, deadlines, workshops, funding opportunities, and relevant news
  • Support the development of a strong and interactive community for nonprofit organizations, small businesses, schools, and community leaders seeking funding
  • Encourage participation and help maintain consistent activity within the community.
Skills knowledge of vendor management, procurement regulations including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and government contract management experience Proficiency in document management systems such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, ERP platforms, and DocuSign for efficient record keeping and contract execution understanding of compliance management principles across federal, state, and local levels; familiarity with UCC law preferred Excellent legal drafting skills with the ability to review contracts and legal documents thoroughly Demonstrated experience in grant project management, proposal writing, pricing strategies, and technical writing Effective negotiation skills with vendors and stakeholders to secure favorable terms while maintaining positive relationships Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using strategic planning techniques; adept at research and data analysis for informed decision-making Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus Knowledge of purchasing procedures within the public sector including public sector purchasing policies and procurement regulatory knowledge Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly and persuasively; capable of conducting training or presentations as needed Join us in this vital role where your expertise will directly impact our programs' success!
