- Next Gen Short Range Interceptor (NGSRI) program has an exciting opportunity for a Program Integrator
- What You Will Do
- + Develops program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, and Data Management (CDRL support).
- Qualifications You Must Have
- + Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience + Proficiency with PMX tool suite or similar program management systems + Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet program deadlines and expectations.
- Qualifications We Prefer
- + Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Submit Gate and Startup Gate packages for management review and approval + Raytheon Program Management certification at level 6 or 5, or ability to achieve within 6 months + Prior experience supporting development and production programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry + Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, management, and/or closeout + Product lifecycle management experience •

- The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
