As this community continues to grow, we're looking for the right person to help strengthen the systems, communication, and relationships that keep the program moving forward. This is a detail-heavy, systems-driven role with a growth path into program leadership over time. Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and relationship-focused Operations & Engagement Assistant to support the continued growth of the Unseen Guardians program. This role combines administrative operations, communication management, engagement support, and event coordination to ensure every Guardian receives a consistent, high-quality experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through. You'll work closely with the Unseen Guardians Coordinator to help build structure, maintain momentum, and improve systems that allow the program to scale effectively. Responsibilities Manage onboarding for new Guardians from commitment through activation Maintain accurate data across CRM and communication platforms Execute timely follow-up and ongoing communication with Guardians Support newsletters, updates, and engagement communications Coordinate Guardian spotlights, social media support, and website updates Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and post-event follow-up Track payments, engagement details, and program updates Help maintain organized systems, processes, and documentation Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency Support calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and administrative tasks as needed Help create a welcoming, professional, and mission-driven experience for Guardians and partners Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities High attention to detail and strong follow-through Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Comfortable learning and working within CRM systems and digital platforms Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team Professionalism, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset Experience in administrative support, operations, customer engagement, nonprofit work, or project coordination preferred but not required Passion for mission-driven work and community impact Who This Role Is For Someone who: Takes ownership and follows through without being asked Notices details others miss Thrives in organizing and improving systems Can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping anything Communicates clearly and professionally If you love creating structure, building relationships, and being part of something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
