In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement, leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and customer relationship management to maximize partner satisfaction and success. Your energetic approach will help build lasting partnerships, align strategic initiatives, and unlock new opportunities that propel our collective goals forward. Duties Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing partners through regular communication, strategic planning sessions, and personalized support. Identify new partnership opportunities by conducting market research, outreach, and targeted business development efforts. Lead negotiations to establish mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and partner needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, and project management—to coordinate joint initiatives and ensure seamless execution. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track partner interactions, monitor engagement metrics, and maintain comprehensive records of all activities. Design and implement strategic plans to enhance partner retention, engagement levels, and overall satisfaction. Manage partner onboarding processes, providing training on products/services and ensuring a smooth transition into our ecosystem. Analyze performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities within the partner network. Skills Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management with a focus on building long-term relationships. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals that benefit all parties involved. Expertise in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer and partner data effectively. Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strategic planning capabilities to develop actionable roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles to foster trust and loyalty among partners. Knowledge of marketing strategies to support joint campaigns and promote partnership value propositions. Familiarity with sales processes, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
