Role Overview We're looking for a Partner Success Consultant to strengthen and grow our partner relationships while ensuring they achieve maximum success with our solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving partner success by supporting strategic initiatives, fostering engagement, and delivering exceptional partner experiences.
What You'll Do:
As a Partner Success Consultant, you will: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned channel partners Collaborate cross-functionally to address partner needs and enhance the overall partner experience Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and improve partner outcomes Promote and ensure partner proficiency in Nexben products and services Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, ensuring a high-quality experience Support and execute partner success strategies that drive engagement and long-term value Use data and insights to analyze partner performance, identify challenges, and recommend solutions
What We're Looking For:
Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience. Knowledge of SAAS/technology support models is a plus. Proficiency in computer use and working with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an access point for assigned partner accounts, supporting inquiries related to products, services, and technology and providing inbound and outbound service support via phones, email, etc. Assist team members as needed and help in other areas to allow partner and downstream customer connections to grow. Effectively navigates and supports customer invoicing processes and properly educates partners regarding financial transactions. Collaborate, problem-solve, and/or strategize with Relationship Manager(s) on upcoming partner meetings. Continuously evaluate the customer journey, determine how it's supported, and use a consultative approach to help partners and their clients' overcome issues and achieve their goals. Contribute to initiatives for applicable channel partners that improve partner and customer experiences with low-touch and high-touch solutions. Develop trust and rapport with assigned partners while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both. Discover and analyze gaps in customer experience that may lead to customer attrition. Drive product and service adoption/utilization through proactive partner interactions. Educate existing partners regarding Nexben products, product feature enhancements, and services. Support other functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, IT, or a related field from an accredited institution is preferred. One to three years of experience with customer service, project management, or training and education is preferred. Ability to present complex material with confidence to a varied audience. This position requires up to 25 percent travel. Primary travel is within the local area and between offices, including travel to Company-sponsored events or training.
